Time Travel Tuesdays~

A bit late today, but closer to tomorrow which is a great day! On June 16, 1979 I married my sweetheart! Thirty-one years...awesome! I love this man more than ever and I cannot wait to see where the next 31 years take us!

Let us journey back to the end of the disco era and look at the gang who gathered with us outside of the temple that beautiful morning. (Humid, 116 degrees...I felt none of it!) See how happy I look? And observe that tan! It was gorgeous, but I am paying for it now! What do you notice in hairstyles, dresses, suits, overall late 70's-ish style?

Oh, and I love the little rugrats on the front row.
Between them they now have 32 children!
Left to right~ Brad & Tyler Ellsworth, Eileen Black, Brian, Tara, Tom, & Brent Ellsworth.
2nd row up~ Sharon Black, George & Helen Ellsworth, The new Mr. & Mrs. Loose, Phebe & Deward Holden.
3rd row up~Deana Church, Lora Hunsaker, Gena Ellsworth, Naomi Haris, Richard & Susan Ellsworth, Oops! In front of them are my in-laws Felicia & Bob Loose, on the end college roomies Jean Wallace and JaNene Willey.
4th row up~ Tom Church, Dean, Wes, & Renda Ellsworth, Roy Harris, Butch  Brenda Brundage.
top row~ college friend Danielle, roommate Kathy Pickering, best man Derek Muse, Mary Ann Newbold, Rick Green.

On a side note: I am stunned by the fact that there are nine of these wonderful souls who are no longer here with us on this Earth.
A beloved father and sister, Loving grandparents.  a dear, fun sister-in-law, and aunts and uncles that meant so much to me growing up.
Life is so short folks! Let's make it count!

First of all, now I know how you still look so good, you are smoking hot in the pictures, and still are. Congratulations to you both. You are an example to all who know you!

I was so touched and overcome to see this picture. Wow how time flies and things and people change. I'm sad to that so many loved ones have passed on.

I hope you two have a very Happy Anniversar!

Lots of Love,

Thank you so much for your sweet comment on my blog. I often times think of Susan also. I wonder what she'd think about certain things or what she'd say. When the kids have "BIG" accomplishments or "BIG EVENTS" in their lives I think of her and how proud she'd be of them and also of Brian and the kind of man, husband and father that he is. I'm quiet certain that she's very proud of him. Thank you so much! You are such a sweetheart!
