Memories~

I found this on Annie's blog. It's not a tag game so relax! It's only if you want to and it's quick!

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

The trouble is coming up with one memory! I think a good one is how much you and I "bonded" when we moved to Idaho; it was so cold compared to Mesa! For two girls who fought a lot we sure kept each other warm at night (who would have thought we'd be happy to share a room again?). Love you!

I remember seeing you & Gena over at Susan & Richards house & how cute you were & always had a smile on your face. Another is you were a very good & fun babysitter according to my boys!

I remember that when we were at grandma and grandpa's in New Mexico and us girls slept in the back yard in a tent. I was telling scary stories (like they all wanted me too) and Britney purposely went inside and told on me because you told me not to tell any scary stories. You came out and got mad at me and took me in the house where Aunt Gena yelled at me too. You both were upset at me and made me do chores in the kitchen.

Well Marianne my memories are limited but I do think my favorite is that you and Dee were late for Kami and Brent's reception and everyone was concerned about where you might be. Just as we were about to send out a search party, in you walked with big smiles on your faces. I'm glad we waited for you because I LOVED the shirt that Dee gave to Brent!!

Well when I think of Aunt Marianne I just see your sweet smiling face. I don't believe for one minute you could really get mad at anyone. You have an angel face.

My memories are mostly with Brit and Sarah. For instance, anyone remember a rain storm, a cat outside, and 4 little kids in a panic that she was going to die! Or how about free lunch and frozen burritos! Those were good summers!

Love,
Annie

Hello cousin!! It is about 11:00 p.m. Why am I reading blogs? I have no idea. I know I'm going to regret this in the morning when I roll over and beat the crap out of the faithful alarm clock when it goes off at 6:00 a.m. But boy am I glad I did and read your comment on my blog. I too am pretty new at this blog thing. My daughter Melissa bugged and bugged me about doing it. I'm only doing it so that I have sort of history (even though I can't imagine anyone wanting to read this stuff after I'm gone). I'm thrilled to have been discovered by you!!! I hope you will "drop by" every once in a while. I will tell Doug in the morning that you've said hello. He'll be happy to hear from you.
