Don't think of yourself as a wimp - good grief! So glad someone was around when it happened and knew what to do. Glad you are on the road to recovery and sad that it ruined the making of a wonderful pizza.Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02508204312688800973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5181028175108121030.post-8551660774191526842010-05-23T22:04:14.255-06:002010-05-23T22:04:14.255-06:00Oh dear, this was an awful story. I don't have a lot of experience with stitches, I've had them but I was always sedated during the stitching process, I mean out like a light. I'm sorry about your accident, what a freakish thing to have happen. I learned a good lesson, I will always cut the lid all the way off and throw it away!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5181028175108121030.post-87514462102032765262010-05-23T19:49:32.815-06:002010-05-23T19:49:32.815-06:00Oh my I hate those, I cut myself all the time like...Oh my I hate those, I cut myself all the time like that. SO far I have not had stitches on my hand, though I have had several others. But the cuts on the hand about do me in like that. Thankfully Terry is usually home to take care of me. Hope you feel better now!Terry and Emaleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12693695777981788190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5181028175108121030.post-19618075223833240742010-05-23T18:50:45.171-06:002010-05-23T18:50:45.171-06:00You poor thing! Well somehow I sliced my finger with the razor and let me just tell you I thought I was going to die. It bled and bled and bled. As Brian helped me as Brittany helped you I all of the sudden said, "Oh dear, I'm going to pass out." And there I went. I didn't end up needing stitches but goodness you would have thought I was going to die. I'm not usually like that. I don't know what the deal was. I can only imagine how my little Conner must have felt when he was just 7 years old and had to have 50 stitches in his head. He was so tough. He never cried once. The E.R. doctor thought they'd have to sedate him because of his age and the amount of stitches but Conner said, "No, I'll be o.k. I've had a blessing." And sure enough he laid there still as could be and never moved. My heart went out to him then and since my little tiny slice and dice on my finger it has went out to him even more!

Sorry about your finger! I hope someone got the pizza made:)URFAVE 5+A Fewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11485085265505953332noreply@blogger.com
